Where are MILLA MILLA perfumes made?
Our perfumes are sustainably and consciously handmade, blended and bottled in small batches in Sydney, Australia. As a result of this, from time to time may be out of stock and only available via pre-order.
Where is your packaging made?
Our outer packaging is made in Australia, from high quality, environmentally responsible carton board. Our bottles are made from the highest quality glass by Pochet Du Courval in France.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We operate on the ethos of “with less do more” which is why our packaging is purposefully minimal with no wasted elements.
Our brand packaging is 100% recyclable, manufactured under strict environmental management systems and made using elemental chlorine free pulp, sourced from certified sustainably managed plantations and printed with soy-based inks.
All of our shipping packaging is both compostable and recyclable.
We have eliminated all unnecessary plastics. The only place you will find plastic is inside your cap and atomiser hose – we’re working on eliminating this too.
In all that we do, we consider our impact and do our utmost to keep our environmental footprint to a minimum. We’re always learning, improving and aspiring to do better.

Are MILLA MILLA perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
All of our fragrances are ethically produced, vegan and cruelty free, and always will be.
Are MILLA MILLA perfumes made in Australia?
MILLA MILLA is certified Australian Made and Owned.
All of our perfumes are developed, hand filled, bottled and packed in Australia. We use local, Australian grown extracts wherever possible, however some of our perfume ingredients are also sustainably sourced from overseas to ensure our products are of the highest quality and scent structure.
Where does the name MILLA MILLA come from?
MILLA MILLA is a play on both our founder's name, Camilla, and one of her favourite Australian native flowers called 'Mulla Mulla'.
Who manufactures MILLA MILLA perfumes?
Our perfumes are all collaboratively designed and formulated by us and our in-house Perfumer in Sydney.
How do I choose my MILLA MILLA fragrance?
Each of our scents are unique, emotive and memorable. We recommend reading each of our fragrance stories and also looking at each of the scent notes to see which feels most aligned with you and your personality. You can order a Discovery Set to try each fragrance and let them settle in on your skin if you are unsure.
Can I return my MILLA MILLA 50ml fragrance if it doesn’t suit me?
When purchasing your 50ml bottle of any MILLA MILLA fragrance, you will receive a 2ml sample free of charge, so you are able to try before you buy. If your purchased 50ml fragrance does not suit you, please email hello@millamilla.co and we will organise a return and refund or an exchange for another fragrance. To approve the return or exchange, your 50ml bottle must be unopened and sent back as it came in its original product and shipping packaging within 14 days of receiving. You are welcome to keep your sample. Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns on Discovery Set purchases.
What if my MILLA MILLA order arrives damaged or faulty?
We take the utmost care to package our products carefully and safely so they are not damaged in transit. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please let us know immediately, within 7 days of receiving it. Please email hello@millamilla.co and we will then issue either a refund or return of a replacement product for you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Australia, however we are working on expanding our product offerings overseas in the near future, watch this space!
What payment methods does MILLA MILLA accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and GPay.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes! We use Shop Pay, powered by Shopify, which is a secure and easy to use gateway that supports all major credit cards. Shopify Payments and Shop Pay is powered by Stripe, a top payment gateway for eCommerce sites. Please note, MILLA MILLA does not store credit card details and we rely on the Shopify payment system to ensure the safety of your privacy and payment information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. How will I know if you have received my order?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If any items you have ordered are unavailable and out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and your payment for the items will be fully refunded.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, once your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your unique tracking number.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note, orders are collected and shipped out via our partner courier service every Monday and Thursday.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this stage, we don't offer express shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order once I have placed it?
